The Children's Disability Short Break Review Team was launched following an 18-month pilot. Our team supports Children and young people who are defined as Children in need due to their disability needs only.We have 4 Children’s Disability teams across the county, and they provide specialist services for children and young people with complex disabilities.You'll be expected to facilitate in creating alternative ways of working with Children with disabilities across the county. You will review short break packages where they are already in place to ensure children with disabilities in Staffordshire get the right support at the right time. This is a fixed term 12 month position based in the West covering Stafford, South Staffs, Newcastle and Moorlands.The hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30-5.00 and Friday 8.30-4.30.
