This positive change will be felt across families and throughout the Staffordshire communities we’re proud to serve.The two posts available at Greenfield House, Leek are:1 x 30hrs (4 shifts per week, rota basis)1 x 22hrs (3 shifts per week, rota basis)Greenfield House is a residential care home for up to ten adults. The service is dynamic and caters for people with varying levels of need. The team support people to live an ordinary life which includes accessing their community, maintaining connections with family and friends, and supporting people with their health and wellbeing. Rotas are subject to change depending on business need.Although these roles is based primarily at Greenfield House in Leek, there may be times when you are expected to work flexibly across Provider Services, including different care settings, delivery approaches, and locations, as required.
