We’re recruiting a part-time Sheltered Housing Officer to join our Adult Services team at Milton Keynes City Council. Our Sheltered Housing team delivers specialist housing management services to support older and vulnerable residents to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their homes.We work closely with internal services and partner agencies to manage tenancies, promote wellbeing, and respond proactively to risks, safeguarding concerns, and low-level anti-social behaviour.The team plays a vital role in sustaining tenancies and ensuring residents can access the right support at the right time, while maintaining safe, compliant, and well-managed schemes. This work is essential to Milton Keynes City Council as it protects residents’ independence, reduces demand on health and care services, and helps create safe, supportive communities.At Milton Keynes City Council, we’re responsible for delivering over two hundred services to our residents and are committed to creating cleaner, safer communities and supporting people to thrive.
